Happy month of February gang!

Let’s make this a month all about making ourselves the priority and practising the art of self-care and self-love.Healing through any difficult situation whether it be internally, or throughout the world is a remedy best treated from the power of many.

Focus on self first. By focusing on you first, it gives you power and strength.  If you continuously bend for people and give them what they want, you are left depleted, and that does you no good not only for yourself, as well as for everyone else who genuinely care.

Also, like attracts like.  We all know or have heard about that. Our thoughts and actions will invite like-minded individuals to our inner sanctum.

Each day we are pounded with lousy news, false information and contrary viewpoints.  We tend to be searching this kind of story from social media outlets.  When we continuously watch this kind of negative attention from social media and television coverage, it can feel like being on a never-ending rollercoaster ride.  We live in a society where we have to monitor these kinds of things.   If we let that control us, it would be like riding a roller coaster that won’t stop.

All things considered, when we develop more emotional stability with self-validation, we are in a much more peaceful state of consciousness.  At this point, healing kicks in to guide us back into our natural state of balance.

Love yourself first.

Healing will allow circumstances and life to become more fun because you’re the one driving the real cure of peace forward.  Your inner “warrior guard” will alert you right away when danger or harmful situations come towards you.

By practising the art of listening with your inner guard/self, it will in time, become a natural response mechanism.

Send Love

When you know you’re ready because you feel peace and balance, send all that healing and love into the stratosphere.  By doing so, anyone needing or wanting to heal will be able to accept the beautiful energy that you created.

Let it overflow and join the other like-minded people who can now positively flood healing into a beautiful like-minded oasis.

You may not be able to fix everything yourself, nor do you have to. Being part of the solution by contributing what you can multiply all effort by everyone else creating energy.

In a word, get in touch with yourself.  Strip away the ego and practise the beautiful art of silence.  Don’t worry; it may not come naturally to you at first but keep practising.

Let’s Breath

Try breathing first!  By focusing on your inhales and exhales (make them deep) and clearing the mind space, you will start to understand and feel the silence.  It’s a beautiful experience for me.

After you accomplish the art of being in silence, you are, therefore, allowing your intuition to grow and to do the right thing for you.  You are the generator of an infinite amount of a natural power source.

Create Great Habits

Great things come out of making great habits.  Repetition is the key!  I encourage you to start a daily practice of at least 3 minutes of sending positivity to yourself and the universe.

Also, I’m big into journaling.  Journalling is an excellent way of expressing yourself.   When we put pen to paper, we focus on the stuff that is important and of what matters to you.

Therefore, the more you recognise the positive, a happier outcome forms to your consciousness.   Healing will becomes second nature for yourself.  Healing is for giving and receiving.  Give healing generously without prejudice.

You Are the Source of Love

Appreciate yourself, let’s not take anything for granted.  We are all in this together, regardless of our difference.
