My office is within a 24/7 secured building and only has access by a FOB.  The outside sign is FIBERNETICS VENTURES.  You will not be able to enter the building until I let you in.

When you arrive for your session, TEXT (647) 849-6494 (do not call), “I’m here,” along with your name.

I will respond and come to the front door to let you in.  If you happen to get in because someone held the door for you, still text me, and wait in the area just inside the secure doors.  Be patient; It may take me a minute or two to go and let you in as I will likely be with another client.

This text-only number is monitored just on Mondays when I am in the KW office (it is turned off any other day).  Please DO NOT USE this number to communicate about anything other than letting me know you are outside, ready for your appointment.

Anyone running late is not guaranteed to have an entire reading session.  I will end the session at the time of the next person’s appointment.

Due to the client’s lateness, there are no refunds or partial refunds for late start times.

The session time is reserved specifically for you.  You accept and agree to the policies and procedures by booking this appointment.  If you cannot keep your appointment time, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.  A missed or no-show appointment will still require full payment.  An invoice for the missed session will be emailed for prompt payment in full.
