Staying Positive while Dreaming Big!groupfriends

Being in a supportive, positive environment helps you be in a positive mind frame.  Sometimes it’s challenging to be or stay positive.  Let’s face it, life has its ups and downs and it’s easy to lose track of the bigger picture.  With a bit of determination and will power, you can conquer the negative thoughts and attract more positive energy towards you.  When we stay in a positive frame of mine, our vibrations are working on a high frequency.  By putting out that high frequency, you will find yourself surrounded by like-minded people.

It’s important for you to keep reminding yourself of your goals, your purpose and desires.  Don’t let the setbacks in your day control your mood.  You have heard of the saying “When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade.”?  Instead of dwelling in the negative mindset of your car broke down, you missed a deadline, you had an argument with your kid, and you stubbed your toe getting out of the shower….. Take it all in stride and shake it off.  These things happen, but you have to look past them and not let them define you or the rest of your day.

I have provided you with some actions to help keeping you in the positive way of thinking. There are plenty more that you can add to your list.  Pick the actions that work best for you.

  • Give Thanks – Live in gratitude.  Be grateful for what you have.
  • Meditate – meditation raises your vibration, mood and it can also allow you to let go of unwanted thoughts and energy.  Clearing your mind during meditation can allow positive thoughts to enter and then you can focus on them.
  • Visualization – We already know how to visualize our dreams.  It creates a positive mood and lets us to see where we are able to go in life.
  • Music – Listening to music activates your positive mood.  Whatever your taste in music is, when you play it, you always feel good.
  • Stay in the present – This may seem counter-productive to focus on your dreams which are coming to you, but by staying in the present is like going to baseball practice.  You get to practice staying positive now and then in the future it’s so much easier to just be.
  • Surround yourself with Positive People – Like attracts like.  By being around other positive people, it rubs off on you.
  • Healthiness – Take care of your body and mind.  When we are In our health, we feel good.  Eating right with a balanced eating menu and regular exercise will keep you feeling awesome.    You can also keep a healthy focus in your mindset and sit and still your thoughts and listen to your soul.

IMG_4270Being positive is a choice, just like having negative thoughts.  When you choose to live in the positive, you will no longer need to put effort into the action of trying, you will be walking, talking and thinking positively.  Even when you are faced with not so pleasant energy, you will be strong and will remain completely positive no matter what situation you face.  Manifest more positive thoughts, be pro-active in a positive attitude and you will benefit from a more gracious life.

This is a lifestyle and it can give your dreams a big boost to make them a reality.  Dream big, be positive and reap the benefits of your work with visualization, manifestation and rewards of success.  Believe in yourself, you deserve everything you think!
