Booking Terms and Conditions
By submitting this appointment, I confirm that I have read and agree to the Policy, Terms and Disclaimer of The Lewis Mabee Group. I understand that all services provided by Lewis Mabee are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are offered for entertainment and personal insight only. These services are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice, and no specific outcomes or timelines are guaranteed. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my own decisions, interpretations, and actions arising from any service received. I confirm that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Credit card information is required to reserve your appointment time. Many clients choose to pay by cash, Interac e-Transfer, or Zelle, and in those cases, the credit card is simply held on file to secure the booking. As long as payment is received as required and the appointment policies are followed, the card will not be charged. For your security, credit card information is processed and securely stored through Stripe. I acknowledge and agree to the twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend a scheduled session for any reason are non-refundable. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
If I select Interac e-Transfer (Canada) or Zelle (USA) as my payment method, I understand that payment must be sent immediately upon booking to info@lewismabee.com. If payment is not received, cleared, and confirmed, I authorize The Lewis Mabee Group to process the full payment using the credit card provided to secure the booking automatically twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. Failure to submit payment via e-Transfer or Zelle does not constitute a cancellation, and all standard cancellation and no-show policies remain in effect.
All appointment bookings, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and official communications must be submitted through the booking system or sent directly to info@lewismabee.com. Communications sent to any other email address, social media platform, messaging service, or third-party application are not considered valid or received. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that communications are sent successfully and received, including checking spam, junk, or filtered folders. The Lewis Mabee Group is not responsible for missed appointments or disputes resulting from email delivery issues, incorrect contact information, technical errors, or third-party systems.
I consent to receive electronic communications from The Lewis Mabee Group, including appointment confirmations, reminders, MP3 recordings, written summaries, newsletters, and follow-up messages related to my service.
