My assistant and I go by what I have available from what you see on my calendar.  Emailing or phoning the office asking if I have anything available sooner will not get you an earlier time or date.

I am busy, and time slots fill quickly.  So try not to delay; you may lose that time slot you were looking at previously.

Every reading blends psychic insight and mediumship together in the same session — I don't separate the two. Beyond that, I offer intuitive guidance, past life regression sessions, Quickie Question email readings, and couples readings, each designed to bring you clarity and direction.

Readings are offered in person, by request only (Woodstock, ON) and online via Zoom or phone. Distance does not affect the accuracy or quality of the reading.

Readings are offered in 25-, 50-, 90-, and 120-minute formats. Healing sessions are 25 minutes. If this is your first time booking with me, I recommend the 50-minute In-Depth session, so we have enough time to get you real clarity. Past Life Regression sessions are approximately 2 hours.

A Soul Connection Healing session is 25 minutes. Some clients combine healing with a reading for deeper clarity.

Choose a calm day, drink plenty of water, and allow yourself time to integrate the energetic shifts. Avoid heavy emotional or physical demands immediately afterward.

A Quickie Question is a fast, focused psychic insight delivered by email. It’s designed for one clear question where you want direct guidance without needing a full appointment or live session.

I respond in the evenings, after I have completed all scheduled readings and healing sessions for the day.

Regular turnaround is within 12 business days. If you need it sooner, Boost gets you an answer within 4 business days. Either way, your answer arrives by the end of the day you selected when booking.

Scheduling a Quickie Question appointment is the only way I can place your request into my daily workload and ensure it gets answered on time.

The appointment time is simply a placeholder that allows me to manage my workflow. The reading itself is delivered by email, not live.

You can book for either 1 specific question or a package of 3 specific questions, with the 3-question option priced as a bundle rather than three times the single rate.

Each question needs to be clearly defined so I can give it my full attention and accuracy — see the Quickie Question page for current pricing. Follow-up questions aren't included in either option — if something new comes up after your answer arrives, book another Quickie Question so it gets the same focused attention.

Preparation does not need to be complicated. You do not need a script, and you do not need to know exactly what to ask before we begin.

What helps most is coming in with a general sense of what has been on your mind, whether that is a relationship, a decision, your health, or a pattern that keeps showing up. That gives us a natural starting point, but the reading itself is not something you can steer. Let the information come through instead of trying to lead it. If you do have a specific question, tell me at the very beginning so I can go straight to it.

A few quiet minutes before we connect helps too. Step out of whatever you were just doing, take a few breaths, and settle in.

Whether we meet by Zoom, phone, or in person, the connection is the same. Distance does not change the accuracy of a reading.

During the session, stay present and listen. Some of what comes through will land right away. Other pieces make more sense once you have had time to sit with them afterward. Come in openly, and you will leave with clear, usable insight.

You don’t need to record your session — I provide a private MP3 recording of your reading, sent directly to your email at the end of my workday.

For remote healing sessions, instead of an audio file, you will receive a detailed email summary outlining the results of your healing session.

Pricing always displays in CAD on the site, no matter where you live. If you live in Canada, your payment processes in CAD during booking.

If you live outside Canada, you'll receive an invoice in USD instead — Canadian clients are never billed in USD, and international clients never pay CAD directly.

Anyone living outside Canada receives an invoice in USD after booking. If you're in the USA, you're already paying in your own currency, so there's no conversion involved.

If you're outside both Canada and the USA, your bank will convert your local currency into USD to complete payment.

Invoices are typically sent shortly after your booking is confirmed, and your appointment is fully secured once it's paid. If payment isn't received within 24 hours, the appointment is cancelled.

Using USD provides clear, stable international pricing and avoids wide fluctuations caused by converting CAD into many different currencies.

USA clients can pay by Zelle, in addition to major credit cards and other internationally accepted payment methods listed on the invoice.

Your home holds onto energy the same way people do. Stress, conflict, grief, illness, or even the people who lived there before you can leave something behind. It often shows up as a room that feels off, sleep that will not settle, or a sense that something is not right even though you cannot point to why.

A clearing resets that. I go room by room, find where the energy is unbalanced, and bring the whole house back into alignment rather than treating one space in isolation.

Most people notice the difference right away. The home feels lighter and calmer. Many clients tell me they sleep better within days.

I recommend a clearing once a year, or sooner if the energy starts to feel off again, because homes shift the same way people do.

For bookings paid in CAD, I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer (Canadian clients only). All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

When you book an appointment, I honour that time and hold space specifically for you.

Requiring payment at the time of booking helps prevent no-shows and eliminates the need to follow up for payment.

This ensures your appointment runs smoothly and you receive your full scheduled session without delay or interruption.

Sessions often fill quickly. Once you see an available time that works for you, book immediately. I cannot honour email requests for earlier appointments than what appears in the calendar.

No — the booking system sends confirmation automatically. International clients must complete their invoice to fully secure their session. This includes clients paying by E-transfer for Canadian clients.

You will also receive email reminders 2 and 1 day before your upcoming appointment.

Yes, but you'll need to have a confirmed booking first. Once you've booked a session, email me and I'll add you to the waitlist for anything that opens up sooner. This keeps the process fair for everyone who's already waiting their turn.

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. This ensures the appointment time can be offered to another client and respects the energy and preparation that goes into each session. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session is considered missed and is non-refundable.

Cancelling or rescheduling is straightforward. Your confirmation email and reminder emails contain buttons that allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointment directly — no need to contact anyone. If you prefer, you are also welcome to email Lewis directly, and he will take care of it for you. Please remember that all cancellations and rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you miss your appointment or do not show up, the session is considered completed. No refunds or credits are issued for missed appointments.

Your session begins at the scheduled start time. If you arrive late, the appointment will still end at the original time to avoid overlapping with the next client. Missed time cannot be extended or credited.

International appointments are not confirmed until the USD invoice is paid. If payment has not been received before the appointment time, the session is automatically cancelled.

I understand that emergencies can happen. Please reach out as soon as possible so I can review your situation. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.

No psychic can guarantee exact timelines. I share what I receive, but timing can shift based on free will, circumstances, and energetic changes.

Insight is based on your current energy, direction, and choices. Information may reflect future possibilities, not fixed outcomes.

All online sessions are conducted through Zoom or by phone. If we’re using Zoom, you will receive a link in your confirmation email a few minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment — no special software or downloads are required beyond Zoom itself. A stable internet connection, a quiet space, and headphones (optional) help ensure the clearest experience. Phone sessions work from any landline or mobile device.

No — using your camera is optional. Camera on or off does not affect the accuracy of your reading or healing session. Choose whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

My work is supportive and complementary — not clinical or diagnostic.

Yes — you can purchase a digital gift certificate that can be emailed directly to the recipient.

Gift certificates do not expire and can be used for any service.

If someone receives a gift booking, they can schedule whenever they are ready.

Your booking calendar automatically displays your local time zone based on your device or browser settings.

When you select a time, it automatically translates into my schedule here in Canada. There is no need to convert anything manually.

Yes. I can tune into the energy of pets (living or passed) and connect with loved ones in Spirit when they are willing to step forward.

If your question relates to a pet or a loved one on the other side, I’ll ask for their name during the reading to tap into their vibrational energy.

Refunds are not offered once a session has taken place.
